About Live It

With Live It with Charter®, it's easy to earn points. They automatically add up while you enjoy your Charter services - something you're already doing as a Charter customer!

Automatic points.
As a Live It with Charter® member, you earn anywhere from 10 to 15 Live It Points for every $1 of your monthly Charter subscription, based on your membership level. This includes cable TV, phone and high-speed internet. The more products and services you enjoy, the more points you earn - automatically!

Membership levels.
The program consists of two membership levels. The more Charter services you enjoy, the better your member level benefits become! Please click on a membership level for a brief description: Preferred, Platinum.

Bonus points.
From time to time, you'll get Live It with Charter® bonus points. You may find points credited to your account on your birthday, the anniversary of your membership, or on other special occasions. You can also take surveys, review shows, and discover more fun ways to get extra points.

As your Live It Points keep adding up, all you have to do is decide how to use them. More than 300,000 members have been rewarded and so can you. Here are just a few of the ways to redeem your points:

Rewards Center.
From great merchandise to exciting sweepstakes to exclusive offers, you can choose to use your free Live It points any way you want in the Rewards Center. All of our reward opportunities are located in one spot - redemptions, sweepstakes, special offers and the Charter Mall! It's your one-stop-shop for everything reward related.

Charter Days.
Every month, you can redeem your points for merchandise during limited time Charter Days (previously known as Redemption Days) in the Market Place. You'll find branded items from your favorite shows and channels, popular electronics, gift cards, seasonal items and lots more. But these items don't stick around long, and when they're gone, they're gone! So watch your e-mail inbox and we'll let you know when Charter Days are coming up! Featured Offers and Accessories.
Join the thousands of members who have used their points to order accessories for their Charter services in the Market Place. From splitters to cables and more, save both time and effort when you need a product for your cable TV, phone or Internet service. The number of points needed for each item varies. Charter Mall™.
You can earn cash-back credits towards your Charter subscriptions by shopping at the Charter Mall™. Credits will accrue and be applied against your bill on a quarterly basis. Here's an example of how it works: Merchant A offers 3% cash back. If you make a $100 purchase with Merchant A, you'll get $3 in cash-back credits applied to your bill at the end of the quarter. You'll find lots of your favorite online retailers, so if you like to shop online, this is the place to do it! Each one of our mall retailers offers different cash-back credit amounts for all purchases made through the Charter Mall™. So, whenever you shop online, make Charter Mall™ your first stop. Every time you log on to the Live It with Charter® website, look for your points balance clearly displayed in the upper right corner of the page. For more details about points you've earned and ways you've redeemed them, go to My Details.
You can also go to My Details to change your password, your e-mail address or your membership preferences.
